- We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts; you stay because the work delivers value
- Ongoing services require 30 days’ written notice to cancel
- You own your business data and accounts; we protect your information and respect your privacy
- Payment is required as agreed before or during service delivery
- We do our best work, but our liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. No Guaranteed Results
While we apply proven strategies and best practices, digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, platform changes, customer behavior, etc.).
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to perform services
- Maintain ownership or authorization over any accounts, listings, or websites we work on
- Comply with all applicable platform policies (Google, Meta, Yelp, etc.)
Delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of CenTex DM.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees are due as stated on invoices or proposals
- One-time services must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed
- Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance unless specified otherwise
Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- One-time services are generally non-refundable once work has begun
- Monthly or ongoing services may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for work already completed or time already reserved
Exceptions, if any, will be clearly stated in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated:
- You retain ownership of your business data, listings, and accounts
- CenTex DM retains ownership of proprietary methods, frameworks, templates, and processes
- Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use deliverables created specifically for your business
We may reference anonymized or non-confidential work examples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We agree to keep client information confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and business information.
By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

10. No Long-Term Contracts; Cancellation Policy
CenTex Digital Marketing does not require long-term contracts for ongoing services. We believe our work should earn your business month-to-month.
However, for ongoing or recurring services:
- A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel services
- Written notice must be provided via email or other documented communication
- Services and billing will continue during the 30-day notice period
- Fees for the notice period are non-refundable
This notice period allows for proper wind-down of work, reporting, and account transitions.
One-time or project-based services remain subject to the payment and refund terms outlined elsewhere in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CenTex DM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding three months
You agree that use of our services is at your own risk.
