Marketing Services Authorization & Access Agreement

This Marketing Services Authorization & Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CenTex Digital Marketing (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

1. Authorization

Client authorizes Provider to access, manage, and optimize Client’s designated digital properties solely for the purpose of providing marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, analytics, and related digital marketing services.

2. Scope of Access

Authorized access may include, but is not limited to:

Website content management systems (CMS), hosting platforms, and analytics tools
Google Business Profile and related Google services
Social media accounts and advertising platforms

Access credentials will be provided by Client and may be revoked at any time upon written notice.

3. Ownership

Client retains full ownership of all accounts, data, content, intellectual property, and digital assets. This Agreement does not transfer ownership or administrative control beyond what is required to perform services.

4. Term & Revocation

This authorization remains in effect while services are active and may be revoked by Client in writing. Revocation may limit Provider’s ability to continue services.

5. No Guarantees

Client acknowledges that digital marketing outcomes vary. Provider does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

6. Incorporated Policies

This Agreement incorporates by reference and is governed by Provider’s:

7. Electronic Signature

By signing below, Client acknowledges and agrees to this Agreement and confirms authority to grant access to the listed digital assets.
